How to tell the different between fake and real boob

As the title says, I am so consufed about idols boob. I've read a topic about this, but it is so long and complex that I cant understand anything. I always thought I could know if it's fake just by seeing them bouncing, yesterday I realized that I didn't know.

It happened yesterday that I watched a movie and searched her name. The actress had a very nice tits which I could ensure that looked very real, but the web said it was fake. I was so surprised because it was so soft and bounced naturally.
