I can't send message in friend request in facebook

I found a girl that I want to make friend in facebook, so I sent a friend request to her, but the problem is that the option to send a personal message inside the request is disappear, normally it is in the bottom left corner of the request panel. Now I can't identify myself, so it's likely that the girl doesn't know who I am and refuse my friend request.
What can I do ?

possible person has functional block you, so you can not be friends with that person. You try to send them a message and ask them to be friends with you
