I need help understanding about a mod.

I had a topic [RY] Filipina Girls <-- That meant all Ryushare links by the way. I got 2 infractions and was told:

there are no white men in asian videos, except they are western property...

Which confuses me because if it is western property then that means its western porn.

The mod said nothing about the filipino porn post a few post down from mine. That has white males in it with filipina girls.

I posted my thread after viewing the other thread. That actually gave me the idea to post the thread. I saw 26 pages of replies. So I thought people like those videos. Why is that thread there in the other downloads section but mine was removed and I got 2 infractions?

I thought the other section was there for those kinds of topics. That topic has 26 pages of post. So im sure he saw it there. Also it was a few post down from mine.

I was told:

any new thread / post needs to be have at least one ryushare link (see announcements), you thread did not even have one...

He even PM'ed me and the PM he sent me. Included the ryushare links. I only use ryushare. The topic had over 200 ryushare links in it.

Before it was removed I got exactly 270 downloads from the topic........

I'm just confused here.....

It is true that adult material from Philippines was tolerated here, but I think this is wrong. The country is very different in culture and population compared to neighboring ones. So we can state that this kind of upload is not allowed anymore. I already deleted the thread you mentioned. I leave redrooster the word about your infractions.

Fact is that there is no porn material owned by any person or company in the Philippines, as it is not allowed by law.

The Philippines are used as a location by western guys for hidden shots in a hotel or at the beach (for example) only, hoping that they will not be caught. So it is western material as it owned by western guys. And rule 13 clearly tells: No material licensed by or owned by a company outside Japan. (east Asia) [The location or the origin of the actresses is not important at all]

The infraction at one point was reg. posting western material in the sense I just explained and the 2nd part was reg. rule 15, as there were only screens and links without mentioning any file size or file format. Ment. them as part of a screen is not enough as this rule has been made / updated to make it possible to compare videos by format and sizes regarding rule 10 (double posting).

Threads / posts must contain the file size in MB/GB and the file format (AVI, MKV, OGM, RMVB, FLV, MPG, MP4, RAR, ZIP, JPG, BMP, GIF etc.) MENTIONED as well.

And the rule 13 part of the infraction was given reg the appearance of white western guys in some of the videos. So you cannot even be completely sure that the videos have been shot in Asia or whether the actress(es) just were of asian origin and the videos have been shot somewhere else...

So this is an asian video in your opinion? (taken from your infracted thread)

Trike Patrol is a western website, so this is violating rule 13...

For me there is no reason to reverse the infraction, sorry...
