What do you want to know about the industry ? I don't work in it, but I've read some stuff (interviews for example).

there are heck ton of stuffs i want to know but more from consumer prespective like knowledge about studios,their release pattern and timings,jav history etc and i don't want to bother people too much by asking too many silly questions.
i am clueless about where should i start researching .For now,i have been researching by reading random stuffs from internet which doesn't have much credibility.

I'm more on the behind the scene stuff (not that I care, but after reading and watching randomly interviews, I learned stuff). I know studios have their release pattern and timings but other members might know more than me about that.
scoutman is probably the best movie for how av is done behind the scenes. There are other doc's and movies from japan that talk and show alot about the sex trade and how that merges into the av industry. Most if not all av actresses go into prostitution or use their videos as advertisments for various delivery health businesses. Even top tier talent does it under the table. Theres a site about that .
The adult industry is so deep in japan and so many niches girls fall into and merge with as they get older.

learning about idol culture as well and even playing idol manager will teach about the entertainment industry because all that is very well connected to the sex trade in korea and japan. One Idol even said av was less perverted than when she was just a pure idol getting groped by managers.

Just entertainment, along the way you may develop likings and interest for a few or several actresses and genre. Other than that why not spend your time on learning other industry that may benefit you, unless you are going into this industry and have certain stakeholding in it.
I like hearing about the darkside of the industry, I like listing to this guy on Youtuber named Nobita from Japan. He interviews pornstars and gets the gritty picture of the JAV industry. He also reports out on many of Japan's social issues. The biggest thing I want to learn is how and why does a 60 year old women want to get into porn.
Japan is not so much of a land of opportunities, they have been facing employment difficulties, sometimes it's just push to shove that porn industry is sure one way to get paid, regardless if you are beautiful, fat, thin, ugly, big breast, flat chested or pierced body or mascular, Japan porn industry has every genre. Ultimately it is your body to plunge yourself in.
If you are famous in away that people keep watching those movies that you starred in the studio will continue to hire you, it's all about supply and demand.
Prices are always negotiable because there are plenty of actresses and no shortage of female actresses.
