I've watched it once but I stupidly forgot to take note of where I watched it from. These are my only clues:

and

The only stuff I can recall is that the movie starts with a girl riding her bike, gets chroloformed, put into a van then brought to a house full of blow up dolls where she gets licked and violated while she's unconscious. The male performer is 幸野賀一 if I'm not mistaken. This is all I got after some extensive searching. Any ideas?

I think the actor is 花岡じった and 幸野賀一 is the director. Should be from the FA-Pro studio.

I figured it was from FA-Pro studio. Thanks guys. Found the girl's name from the scene in question too; Ami Kawashima, and the same scene can also be found in FAX-364

I'd like to revive this thread, because I'm curious about one of the other scenes; guess I should start a new thread, but let's see how far I can go.

First, however, I would like to add more to Noontime's question:

The one common actress in the cast listings for both FAX-459 and FAX-364 (featuring the "blow-up doll" scene, or Scene #4; the male actor astutely referred to as "花岡じった" by Electromog is, of course, Tenant) is... Ai Yukihira.

Noontime identified his mystery lady as Ami Kawashima. Her starring roles are few, and she has mostly appeared in FA-PRO movies with a multiple cast. (Same for Ai Yukihira, with apparently no starring roles.)

I suppose the conclusion to reach is that Ai Yukihira is an A.K.A. for Ami Kawashima, and I'd further guess this is the only place on the entire Internet that has arrived at this conclusion.

===================

So here is my question. I already have an affinity for FAX-459, because I recognized the first scene as one we already tossed around here at Identification Help. (Electromog came to the rescue then, too... good old Electromog.)

So that first scene starred Shoko Yokoyama, and we already covered the actress from the last scene, or Scene #4. (Screen shots for the movie, presenting the four scenes in sequence.)

The two remaining scenes must feature the last two names included in the cast:

Shihori Endo
Chihiro Asai

I'm very familiar with Shihori Endo, but I can't recognize her from either of the two remaining scenes...

So here is my question.

I liked the look of Scene #3's woman from the screen shots of the Javbus page:

FAX-459.jpg

She is definitely not Shihori Endo, so she must be Chihiro Asai.

(How weird. The actress from Scene #2 is below, and she does not look like Shihori Endo to me.)

FAX-459-2.jpg

Anyway, if the Scene #3 woman is Chihiro Asai, and since FAX-459 is a compilation, what I am curious about is the original movie for Scene #3.

Another Identification page from the past familiarized me with accessing actress pages from the FA-PRO site. (Thanks, Fakeaccount.) I went to Chihiro's FA-PRO page, and I was not able to spot the original movie for Scene #3.

I also went to R18's page for the actress and filter-searched her FA-PRO movies. Can you recognize the original movie?

There's something weird going on with the names on DMM.
According to the screenshots FAX-459 is the same movie as FAD-1616. (Since it was noted in another thread FA-Pro uses this renaming thing a lot it is probably true). However, the cast list for the two is not the same. While both list Shoko Yokoyama and Shiori Endo, FAX-459 has Chihiro Asai ( 浅井千尋) and Ai Yukihira (雪平あい) but FAD-1616 lists neither of those but has a Sayoko Kuroki (黒木小夜子) instead. Is it possible the movie has 5 actresses?

Leave it to the great Electromog to come up with some great detective work. I know Sayoko Kuroki, and have liked her enough to highlight her in the "She Stands Out in a Crowd" thread. Maybe this counterpart of FAX-459 (DMM page), i.e. FAD-1616 (DMM page), features a fifth scene... yet if not, I don't think Sayoko matches either of the two ladies I pictured in my previous post. (Perhaps a mistake? As E.M. wrote, the screen shots are the same... as is the 170 minute movie length.) And I still don't recognize Shihori Endo anywhere.

Sokol001 is the member who is behind that wonderful FA-PRO thread Theydonotwantto told us about. Thanks for your input, Sokol001... but I was hoping you would come up with the original movie behind FAX-459's third scene, regarding the lady (presumably Chihiro Asai) being terrorized by those soldiers. We already know the original movie for the "inflatable doll" scene is FAD-1488 / FAX-364 (the OP, Noontide, came up with his own answer, above).

FAD-1488 / FAX-364

I'll try to find the original movie once I've finished downloading fax459, a bit hard to do it from one or two pictures.
Hmm, it gets even weirder. The movie itself claims her name is Shoko Aida (相田翔子), which is a name neither DMM nor Sougouwiki knows. Could that be the name of the character she plays instead of the name of the actress?

Never mind, that text was about the scene before it, so scene 2, have to wait for the next part to download.
Ok, found the scene, it's from FAD-1437. That looks to be the source, because the whole movie has the same theme and some of the women in the various scenes are also seen in bigger groups so it is indeed one story instead of a collection of scenes from different movies.

This question of mine has led to a disaster...

I was very intrigued over how Electromog could have possibly identified this movie, because there were no screen shots for FAD-1437 I could easily find. (DMM did not have them, for example.) I found these from Sokol001's thread:

... But the only hint of the bearded soldier was at 1:22, so I went on the hunt for more screen shots. I came upon a site called Pornsavant that has duplicated Sokol001's thread, and just in case the shots they offered were different than the above, I clicked. I got a page that warned me of a virus, which hijacked the browser. Normally I would have exited the browser via Windows Task Manager, but I was in a hurry and clicked on their OK, which has led to...

Hours and hours of hell trying to correct the problems that have ensued!

(Sokol001, if you are reading, are you aware of this evil that is connected with your work? I hope you will see what you can do.)

Anyway, there were other screen shots from another Akiba thread (why, Sokol was behind this one too; it features little movie excerpts), and we can see from one:

...That E.M. was right on the money.

(And you know what, Electromog? A year ago we both participated on a thread where this very movie was part of the discussion! And I had put up screen shots, one featuring the bearded man...)

As I wrote, the 2008 movie is "701 Unit, Female Body Torture Room - Captive Women SM Night of Imprisonment," starring Riku Shiina, Misaki Asoh, Miyuki Majima, Ruki Misato, Shoko Yokoyama, Hina Morino, Mao Sakurai, Hana Hinagata and Erina Misaki.

The cast is from Asian Screens, more complete than the five names offered by DMM; you can see Chihiro Asai is not among them. (And if the information for the compilation flick, FAX-459, included her name by mistake, they could also have been wrong about Shihori Endo.) Odds are, the actress I wondered about (pictured below) must be somebody else.

You know, Electromog, when I first began noticing how you tirelessly attended to people's questions... for the long time you've been doing this... your coming up with the answers was not always a sure thing, compared to some of the other puzzle-solvers (who are often here today and gone tomorrow), whose solutions could sometimes be very consistent. Yet you have grown to be nothing short of astounding. Really, how you tracked this one down, with the scarcity of pictorial reference, and also given the usual complexity of a FA-PRO movie, was truly unbelievable. The members do not know how lucky they are to have you around.

In this case it was pure luck. I actually have that movie and as soon as I downloaded FAX-459 and started the scene I knew I'd seen it before. After that it was just a quick check of my collection.
As for the cast of FAD-1437, this is what the actual movie tells us:
1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg
4.jpg 5.jpg 6.jpg
7.jpg 8.jpg 9.jpg

Unfortunately the video quality isn't too good so I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is the second one: Riku Shiina (椎名りく).

Also, since some people here are very interested in the male porn actor names, here's the men of this movie, some even harder to recognise due to the military cap they're wearing:

You really left no stone unturned with this one. Now, you even identified the actress in question, Riku Shiina.

FA-PRO's male cast recurred frequently during this period of their productions, and there is a post in the Good, Bad, Ugly and Tubby thread which has covered some of their regulars. Second fellow, of course, is Tenant.

You really went out of your way for this one, spending all of this time. Thank Ohm your circuitry is buzzing, and your big heart keeps sparkling.

An EDIT : After posting, I checked to see what of Riku Shiina I had, and turned out I, too, had once downloaded FAD-1437. One difference between me and Electromog is that he remembers his movies, and I don't!

I finally had some time and started watching FAX-459 which I downloaded yesterday and it turns out they list the actresses at the start. Apparently those earlier screenshots don't really show it but there's actually 7 women in that compilation. This explains the two different lists of actresses and probably why none of the women looked like Shihori Endo. It also confirmed the wanted woman was indeed Riku.
