I don't know who she is, but I recognize those glasses. Well, maybe not, but I just watched a Jdrama where the lead actress was wearing the same style of glasses. And she looked really cute in them too.
I would say they are not really prescription, or if they are they are pretty weak. A good way to tell is to look at the line of the side of the face where the lens cuts across it. If it's a straight line they are not real, if the line shifts in or out then they are real. But like I said if the prescription is very weak it may not be as noticeable.
