I'm trying to find a name of this model. I vaguely remember seeing the full gravure video (just modeling outfits iirc) and I stumbled onto this screencap recently.

Hopefully that's enough to identify her.

That's Karen Tsukishima real age uncertain, but the claims are that she was young when she was in gravure. In fact here is the link to the pic you posted

Why "uncertain"? Google is quite confident the birthdate is 1997年12月26日.
