I tried to ID it from some screenshots but I didn't get any hit. The way this site does the videos means my download software couldn't download the whole video (one claimed it saw no video and the other listed the video but when I hit save it tried to save a html file instead). I could watch it though, so maybe it's a matter of trying at the right time?
