Well, in the first place, since the site is purely in Japanese, it is unlikely they will deliver overseas.

Secondly, it is hard to give a fixed answer as they are selling from many different makers but you should just assume they are all Region 2 (Japan, Parts of Europe, etc.)

The large part of the Idol DVDs and BDs releases are region free so those DVDs are playable on Region 1 machines.

Region is given on cover and in Product Details.
Attention : Product details region is not always right so it's better to put an eye on cover first. For example, S-Digital Blu-rays are A zone not free zone and DVDs are all region 2.

CDJapan deals in digital? What I see on sale on their site are all DVDs. 1600 yen per disc is pretty cheap, not counting delivery charges.

CDJapan may sell them...they don't produce them. Most if not all of these TASKS titles are available digitally elsewhere. I have a bunch!

I suppose it depends from countries, but in France, erotic and adult content imports are allowed. Yes, sometimes there are costumes fees but I never had confiscation. Customs have already opened my packages. They have repacked it with their own "douane tape" and let it go.

Few years ago, they dealt in digital from their gravure site http://c.manifo.jp/ but they stopped it. http://d.neoidol.jp/.
It was by subscription. You paid every month and you were able to download pics and movies. I never tried it.

Unfortunately, I live in a much more conservative country. Porn will definitely be confiscated. I doubt gravure will get through...
