Immersive 3D Content and Enthusiasts (oh boy...)

Wonderful!!! The type of JAV VR I love... ;) And June Lovejoy is a very good actress, she knows how to do VR...

AJVR films are my favorite releases: always full nude scenes, cowgirl face to face. I don't like the oil thing, but well, nothing is perfect...

A pity the image quality of AJVR is still mediocre, but they are slowly improving.

anyone purchase skybox? how's the streaming experience with VR porn websites?
Just try a video with it and both regular Oculus Gallery. Even though Oculus Gallery has the least options it at least very evidently has much better image compared to Skybox. After all it's their own device.

As far as I know Skybox is free. Skybox is the most useful. #1 reason is that it allows you to play files from a network device. All the other software except Pigasus (not free) do not. I don't use streaming feature though.

I'm planning to buy OCULUS GO. is 32GB enough? and is there a way to load videos from PC as server?
Use Skybox. It's free. After many trails and error, this is what use. With this you can have all your files on a PC and play from a network. Loading videos to the device is a pain. I just watch all my content from the networked machines.

Skybox is not free anymore. It is free only if you had it some weeks ago. Now it cost 15$ as Senna_4ever says.

I use Whirligig. It is better for to adjust the real size of the girls (in Skybox I still see them too big even using the zoom), but it is only for PC.

Holy crap! Didn't know it wasn't free anymore! It's a good app though...Really the best solution if you want to play networked files.

I use Pigasus because I get some framedrops in Skybox. It's really good for 2D stuff like manga too where you change the page by holding the trigger and moving the controller to the right/left.

I don't have them but I know you are going to note the difference.

Oculus GO has 1280 x 1440 image per eye and Oculus Quest 1440 × 1600 per eye. It may not seem a lot, but this is not a television, it is a screen that you put in your eyes, the pixels are much near and much more noticeable. I have seen videos on PlayStation VR and Samsung Odyssey Plus, with a pixel difference similar to Oculus GO and Oculus Quest, and the difference is quite noticeable. In Virtual Reality you are looking for realism, you want to watch real girls in front of you, not a blurry 3D video. If you can afford it, try to find the highest possible screen resolution. Then you will appreciate it.

Another question is that the Quest are very expensive to you. Then Oculus GO is better than nothing. The quality is acceptable, better than Virtual Reality with a smartphone.

I have the Go and Quest
Hard to compare the GO vs the Quest. Quest has OLED screens. Higher resolution but more screen door effect. If your sensitive to it. The OLED colors on the Quest are very good so it kind of makes up for it.
The GO actually looks sharper because of less screen door effect. However, the colors are not as good as the Quest.
Now. The problem with the GO is that mine overheats! At first it was fine for a year. No problems.. then after a year (after warranty of course)... The thing started overheating. (Actually many users are having this problem if you google it). I had to attach a fan to the GO and that took care of it.. however that's kind of noisy and Front heavy on your face..
After getting used to the Quest, I seem to like it now. So far, no overheating since it has a fan built-in. An added bonus you will get a full VR headset with a Quest.

I encourage everyone to explore VR with anything they can come by and afford first. I've been saying since way back when I started this thread here on Akiba that experiencing JAV VR would be amazing for those who try. Yes there are some heavy duty rigs out there, they started big and clunky and expensive and tethered to a PC. By most accounts they are a bit better now.. There are some entry level units as well. That's what I started with and eventually got to the Gear VR and my Samsung phones. Subjectively that's good for me. I'm happy and okay with it and just as subjective is what I perceive. If there are screen door effects going on i certainly don't see them or let them distract if i happen to notice them.

Absolutely what some say here i believe. Crystal clear women in front of you. I've just never experienced it myself but I certainly don't feel bad about it or wish I could and shun what I do have. Maybe some day I'll consider spending the money but since I don't game with VR I only use it for eye candy I can't justify it. So my Gear VR serves me well enough.

There are those who go straight for the Lamborghini. And there are those who are a little reserved and practical. Nothing wrong with either avenue. But, for those after that Lamborghini, consider using what you have in your pocket just to get the idea. Hopefully some of you are! If anything, since we all have different eyes some may say Hey this is amazing and not half bad! I like it! And there will be others that say Nah, this isn't good I want the Lamborghini.

Whatever your case may be, try this out if you haven't on some type of gear you can readily use and/or afford. There is SO much content out there. Maybe enjoy the quantity before worrying about the quality. :D

If I say to buy the best glasses you can pay, it is not for showing off or because the best is the only thing that is worth. If I say it it's because, like you, Casshern2, I love virtual reality. All of it. The games, the movies, the experiences ... And VR porn. And I want as many people to enjoy it too, and VR to become popular.

But I have seen too many people abandon VR for a bad experience with Google Cardboard, and with smartphone glasses. Virtual reality is physically demanding: it requires you to put screens on your eyes, and if the hardware is of poor quality, your eyes get tired, the screen is blurred, you can see the screen door effect ... And people quit VR.

This is what has happened with the VR on mobile phones, which no longer exists outside of VR porn... because the poor quality screens have killed it, and have driven people away from VR.

So I always tell people to buy the best glasses they can afford. Because that experience is going to be the best possible, and they are not going to want to leave VR as many people have done after watching blurred videos with bad screens.
