I don't know Japanese, but I love English subtitles.
So...I make subtitles that I think fit the scene, story, and non-verbal communication...like tone of voice, volume, body language, etc.
It allows me to bend the story from your every day, average porn, to something spicier and more interesting.
I also allows me to push some of my own kinky preferences into movies where they might otherwise not be.
For instance....
I might take a hot a mother-in-law or step-mother themed movie and make it mother/son.
The first one I did was for BKD-97. This was long before AI and voice recognition software streamlined and improved the subtitling process.
Back then, I wanted subs for that movie that I spent dozens and dozens of hours analyzing each scene and crafting a subtitle project that I thought worked well.
I have a kinky lady friend in real life (just a really good...open-minded and very kinky friend, we don't date or even fool around..).
When I finished that particular project, I invited her over for dinner and a movie.
I didn't tell her in advance that I had created the subtitles myself, 100% from my own imagination.
Her response?
She LOVED them and couldn't believe that they weren't for the actual, original dialog.
