I gave it a quick once over and pretty good! I opened your subs in Notepad and just followed along in my headphones. I only watched the first two scenes, where they eat breakfast, then she walks to school and comes home. One thing: you translated gohan directly as "rice". Even though it does mean rice, it's a word often used to mean "food" in general. At 5:32 she says, "Gohan reizoko ni haiteiru kara tabete." Even though she says "gohan", the sentence is best translated as, "There's some food in the fridge for you so please eat."
I'll DL the vid and run the subs underneath in VLC, then watch some more but clearly you understand at least basic Japanese. If you used some sort of software, I'd be surprised.
