They're fake. However, JADE was in hot water a few months ago because they had a label specializes in train chikan-type titles. Xolramu: the people who did those titles did not work for the company themselves. AV companies frequently hire production crews on freelance. They were under the impression that the women were amateurs pretending to be actual train passengers. The people who filmed the title were bad and deserve whatever's coming their way, but Jade themselves should be excused. It's not like everyone boycotts Warner Brothers since one of their movies from the 80's (Twilight Zone) resulted in the deaths of people on set.

if its real, the performers don't know (and don't agree) they have been filmed and the movies are sold, the companies can be sue ?
(1) You don't have to sell the film to get in trouble. (2) The legal risk isn't about being sued (as a civil case) but being prosecuted as a criminal case.
