So I been trying to see if there any way to buy from this site and I honestly give up. So im wondering if anyone knows how to buy from this site or knows any other legit site that sales it or better yet has a digital version.

There was a thread about this awhile back.

I suggested then and I suggest to you now to just contact them in simple English.

Say who you are and where you live, what items you want and go from there. It may not hurt to tell them you're a huge fan.

On one hand shipping internationally may be somewhat costly and also annoying for them to setup, but they do make a lot more money when people buy directly compared to buying from third party sites so they may help you out. They also may throw in a few extras.
