Azuredrak, obviously you are not in the category that I concluded was the lot of most of the other respondents; you have done some looking into this.
Yet regarding whether I have been putting this in the context of the OP's question, I was doing exactly that - and the OP must have agreed, given her sign of appreciation to my first post.
The question centered on whether the discharge of fluid that we sometimes see in porn (not just JAV, of course), especially after some Japanese men do what they love to do (move the hand frantically in and out of the vagina, an action not often seen in other porn - they are stimulating the G-spot, which is what is needed to produce this amazing phenomenon) is the same as urinating. The answer is: it's not.
The study you smartly cited (
here it is) is a scientific one, and I was appreciative, giving new information as it did. It distinguishes between "female ejaculation" and "squirting/gushing," which I used interchangeably. In real female ejaculation, it says, the fluid that comes out is somewhat related to male semen, whereas the fluids from squirting have the
"features of diluted urines."
Well, that is fascinating, for one thing, I did not know women have what they call the "female prostate." (Or, I should say, I didn't think through it; it only makes sense that there is something around the G-spot area that's related. This
useful article tells us that the "female prostate" is one and the same as the relatively well-known G-spot, as well as providing bedroom tricks.)
Yet the female ejaculation they are referring to is something that... well, we all know what they're talking about. It's "cream." In fact, there was a thread here on
Discussion from not long ago where I made the comment that most ladies you are with - and even in porn (where you can occasionally see the cream, at times staining the penis) - have a translucent matter that is discharged, but that's because many women don't know how to take care of their vaginas, washing with regular soap and throwing off their pH balance, for example; the cream should ideally be clear.
So while the paper is technical (and valuable; learning new things, especially when it comes to women, is wonderful - and thank you for the insight), for the purpose of our discussion, we can do what the paper turns its nose up at, and that is, to indulge in the
"shared paradigm ... that includes any fluid expulsion during sexual activities with the name of 'female ejaculation'."
While I won't dispute the researcher's notion that the "squirt" is not the same as the "cream" female ejaculation, and the latter is probably purer, as far as ejaculation... they both fall in the category of female ejaculation. They both accompany an orgasm - unlike, of course, urination.
From my previous post, if we look at the three links that I presented almost arbitrarily (they appeared among others on the first page of a general search), everybody equates female ejaculation with squirting/gushing... nobody focuses on the less sensational female "semen" that comes out of the equally little-known female prostate. (In fact, it may be more appropriate to put the "female ejaculation" label on squirting, since, unlike creaming, there is a dramatic and visible ejaculating process.) So our mission on this thread has been to compare this layman's "female ejaculation" with, as the OP put it, "Peeing."

In fact, the third link, which relates a woman's journey of discovery, tells us that she deliberately made sure to empty her bladder before her experiment. She further explains that when the
"cartoon-worthy SPLASH! occurs, you’re gonna be like, 'WHA???' and you’re going to smell it. You just are. Allow me to indelicately state that mine was fragrance-free like a high-end lotion, y’all. Nothing urine-y about it."
We know about JAV's in-and-out hand stimulation that results in squirting; and many of us are also aware of how urination is forced in those JAVs that explore the incontinence theme... the victim's belly is rubbed.

So here's an unreliable guide if you're trying to distinguish what you see on screen between urination, and the "squirt," or as we now know to be the not-technically-accurate "female ejaculation": If it's continuous, it's urine. If it's a fairly short gush (and not urine-faked), it's "female ejaculation."
In addition, save for the incontinent, urination is voluntary. The squirting variety of "female ejaculation" is out of control.
Azuredrak, I hope you will think differently about your contention that

is debatable." There is nothing debatable about it, and I happily know this from personal experience. You appear to have concluded that squirting is little different from urination, but regardless of whether the discharged fluids have traces of urine (at least based on that one study you cited), you are not taking into account the mind-blowing effect that the squirting variety of female ejaculation has on women.
