I'm a fan of Ichika Matsumoto, and on JAV Database it says she has around 1,198 movies. After manually going through all of them, I found that about 471 are original movies and not compilations. Does anyone know a more efficient way to filter movies just to show only the originals?
Is there a good method to filter compilation movies?

As I have some IT knowledge, I would say that programming such a functionality is not difficult: it's just writing one more very simple query to the database. And even adding the overall functionality of filtering out what you don't want to be included is not difficult: it will take not more than a few hours of work (on both the logic and the UI) considering all the existing search features JAV Library already has, for example (see their combined search)
So, I would say it's just an overlook, but a very unfortunate one
I've recently noticed there are several threads here for JAV DBs/browsers, and maybe those already have such functionality, but I haven't looked further yet
P.S. Also, my own and other people's experience tells me that there is an issue with correctly tagging JAV to begin with, e.g. some titles centered on deep throat will not even have the "deep throat" tag on them. Similarly, I would expect that some compilations will not be marked as such (and there can even be several different reasons to this: from human error when someone does not copy the official tags properly to the movie not posing as a compilation or even trying to hide it — I have encountered a very telling example of this in my thread linked in the signature)
That is, if you check the AGMX-006 I mention, it is not tagged as a compilation, and one might actually think that Sex Agent made this movie themselves (and maybe they did, meaning that Barutan and Sex Agent are somehow related etc. — which is not unlikely, by the way, considering that the compilation was released less than half a month after BACN-001 was, — but it's still a compilation by the very definition, irrespective of how close the makers are)
Long story short, even if you have such a filtering functionality, it will rely on a flawed database. Though, admittedly, it will still be better than filtering out compilations manually (since if something is deliberately marked as a compilation, then you will at least filter out those, even if it leaves some unmarked compilations in). But for some other cases, e.g. searching for DT-focused titles, this flawed database is much more of an issue. It's not what your question is about, but just to draw a bigger picture

A perfect database would have even more tags, and they will be much more specific. As I also noted elsewhere, there will be no "Other Fetish" tag at all, this is lazy and only vaguely useful ("hey, what other fetishes exists that I don't know about... oh, there is a tag for that!.."). But even then we encounter the problem of subjectivity: is it enough for a title to have just one touch of a penis on the girl's lips to mark it with "Blowjob"? And even if we introduce tags like "Great Angles", which is one of my interests, what does it mean? Though even now, there are tags that are subjective, e.g. "Slut" or "Evil": I'm ready to bet that lots and lots of JAV titles with sluts in them are not marked with this tag. So, "perfect" is subjective... But yes, even for such strict term as "compilation", there are several obstacles already

For me i just break it down to the type of movies i want to see her in or the companies that i know produce the conent i like. I mostly like her getting fucked by old creepy men and family members. Her first scene was with that old guy who likes to lick girls down.

Would be nice if JAVdb (and others) offered negative filters so you could search for "actress name" and "-omnibus".
