It is a scene from RGD-126. There's 4 actresses, sougouwiki lists 3: 高城梨沙／　／橘流菜／荒川美姫

It's a bit hard to tell from the cover but I'm afraid your actress might be the unknown second one, identified on the cover only as Aoi with a 86cm E-cup. Since Mitsuki An apparently has a J-cup I really doubt it's her.
