Well in knights visual creampie series or any bukkake/gokkun studio probably uses the same group of guys more or less over and over. Apparently the filming in JAV requires the male actor to erect for a long period of time... they said is about 2 hours or so. And during that 2 hours of filming, he has cummed but all are not with or in the female actor.
