Where (web site) can I buy Legitimate commercial Region 1 JAV DVD ?
No such thing. It is not possible to sell or ship actual JAV DVDs outside of Japan, they do not produce Region 1 DVDs. Any Region 1 (or Region Free) DVDs of JAV titles are bootlegs.

Is it possible to but other regions 0,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 in the US ?

Why "It is not possible to sell or ship actual JAV DVDs outside of Japan"?

Trust me I'm not insulting you… but you seem to lack knowledge on the business.
It's not illegal for Japanese companies to ship their DVDs anywhere, but why would they when they know that DVDs are region locked?

You see the problem with that don't you? That same principle applies to any company that is trying to import those items into the US. They know that 99% of the customer base won't have the player to play the DVDs so why import them?
Not to mention the additional costs on import/export that make it a loss of money… there's no profit in it.
So, to wrap this all up into a nice catch phrase with bow on top.
If it doesn't make dollars it doesn't make sense!
Finally my offer still stands.

I understand your point ..."If it doesn't make dollars it doesn't make sense!"
Japanese companies could produce the product in region 1 format if hey wanted to just as US companies produce for other markets. If the demand for a produce exist then follow the demand.

Some titles it would be nice to have high quality DVD.

Thanks for your help.

But this is inaccurate! o_O
Most JAVs are released as all region, or R0 if you will. The only snag you might encounter is if your monitor is in a scan pattern other than NTSC (PAL, SECAM).
Look at this purveyor, who seemingly is in the U.S.A. The hazard to ordering from it is that I bet you would receive a DVD-r, and not a pressed JAV. Or here is another purveyor, who goes as far as telling you who he is, and that he lives in Las Vegas, NV.

There is no excuse for not having a DVD player that can handle every region. Many inexpensive Chinese-made players are this way out of the box. Others, you may have to search for firmware hacks which let you change the region to 0 (zero).

Sure I know of such things because I used to be into Hong Kong cinema years ago. All Region exists but I've never seen legitimate JAV that was produced, pressed, and distributed by an actual label as a Region 1 disc, that's my point. They don't make them, therefore, you can't get one from Japan, unless it is copied and burned again as a Region 1 or, yes, a Region All. :D
