Volume lost is a natural thing. If her body weight changes, as boobs are made of fat, it will impact the shape. See how Julia or Rion boobs changed with time.
Women with breast implants also experience volume loss (and overall change of appearance) as the breast contains the implant as well as fat and other breast tissue.
What if the natural breast is enhanced with an 'under the muscle' implant? Loss of youth (it doesn't have to be weight loss) would result in smaller breasts that still camoufage the implant together with the skin and the muscle. It's just an idea, I'm not a surgeon.
In any case, contrary to what some people might think, they do experience volume loss and are then left over with excess of skin. This is when the surgeon advices a lift, fat injection or a new and bigger impant.
Looking at Yuka Minase's early performances I really have a hard time believing they are natural. No matter what she does, no matter the position, the intensity of the shaking, her breast are always firm, full and way too shapely. For the size, they are overly perky, bulge out of her body (when holding her chest forward) with very defined contours, as if being pushed out while stretching the skin. When squeezed or grabbed the 'content' wooshes to the upper pole of the breast like an underfilled balloon. When lifted, the whole breast goes up while retaining its shape. When sitting on hands and knees her breasts don't or hardly respond to her movements. I could go on and on. She definitely ticks all the boxes for having implants. I would like to see her armpits but it appears that she doesn't like to raise her arms.
BTW, did Honoka Mihara actually start out her career with implants? Or did she get them later? Look for her debut video. If that's 'fake', it would be perfection! (but noticeably smaller and a lot more natural looking)

Yeah, I don't like implants. 99% of the time, it looks horrible, fake as fuck. And those past years, it's even easier to notice them, except Mizukawa Sumire (and maybe few others but I don't have any example in mind), all girls go the bowling ball implants direction. Tsukasa Aoi, Jin Yuki, Yuzuriha Karen, Hasumi Kurea, Fukada Eimi, Tomiyasu Reona, Ishihara Nozomi, Fujimoto Riho, Honoka Mihara, Amami Tsubasa, Niimura Akari, Kitano Mina, Mitsumi An, ... And there are more but as I don't watch them, I forgot their names.
Except for Honoka, I don't know these names, but yeah, I dislike all breasts that looks like spheres (Pamela Anderson). I think the trick for a good realistic augmentation is choosing a low profile saline implant that has a smooth texture and is inserted via the armpit. Low profile because these don't stick out (avoiding the ball effect) but fall into a teardrop shape when standing or sitting up, yet flat out when lying on back, they have a very wide base (think Momoka), apparently feel softer, and depending on size, fat and type of skin, they will bounce/shake in a convincing way, sometimes even more than natural.
God, I'm beginning to sound like an expert!
Nishina Momoka is natural. She wasn't slender, thick and toned legs, arms. That's the most common built for girls with big boobs. Himesaki Hana is kinda similar, even if she's shorter and her body isn't well balanced (more fat). Not to mention that she lost a bit of weight, I've seen more recent pics of her. Her boobs are a bit more saggy (due to the weight loss).
The more convicing way of getting a breast augmentation is with fat injection. Mizukawa Sumire did that, and even if she started with small boobs, it looks far better than any other girls I've seen so far. Yet, you can see it's not natural.

Heck, she wasn't even chubby at first. That came later, as did the liposuction marks, sadly enough. Also, size increase with liposuction is very limited and is more meant to hide the implant against rippling effect and to improve bouncing.
I've never seen Himesaki Hana.

Momoka-san will forever be one of my favorites. I love just about everything about her. Her cute sniffles, her voice, her full figure, her acting, her full figure, her hair(it always reminds me of strawberries for some reason
), her face, her tone legs with some nice fat. Did I mention her figure? She is one of my top 5.I wonder how she's doing these days? I always wonder why she quit? I came upon her way too late but gladly she left behind some good videos to enjoy.
Same here! I don't even mind the chubbiness and the marks on her body at the end of her career.
I've read she still has a fan club but it's not free. Apparently she quit because she no longer was confident about her body.

Slender with big boobs is more rare (Julia, Rion, Tachikawa Rie or Miura Sakura) than girls with Momoka's body shape. For example, Anri Okita was kinda similar, even if her body wasn't toned (wide but flat ass, saggy legs). Currently, there are actresses like Takarada Monami, who have a similar body to Momoka. All are natural. Again, implants are visible. Even Shinoda Ayumi's boobs, they are well done, but you can still see they are fake.
Implants don't have/can't have that shape. Here, they're just following gravity and the top part is less full.
She could be older but still beautiful. AND... Japanese men still buy porn of older actresses so I don't think that opinion stands for all of them
