Most Japanese fake breasts are not the rock-hard, balloon-shaped fake breasts that are common in American porn. If you actually want to be "better at identifying fake and none fake breasts," instead of living in a fantasy world of denial where you assume your favorite porn stars have natural breasts because you like them better that way, then you need to understand this.
There are two main types of breast surgery. One is the type directly into the breast, within the fat tissue. This is the most common in Western porn stars, and creates the "balloon" effect that I mentioned. The second type is inserted sort of "behind" the breast. The implant is put in back of the muscle I believe, and sort of pushing the breast out. You can't make them as big with this method, but the shape will be more realistic and they will jiggle just like real ones. They are also much easier to through the armpit, which leaves the breasts clean and unscarred. In general the second type is much less obvious, but there are signs if you know what to look for.
Now before today I was on the fence about Momoka's breasts. I'm not a huge fan--I think she's very pretty, but have kind of been disappointed with her performances. I only have a few videos, and I hadn't looked at them very closely. But out of sheer spite at being mocked and derided, I decided to take a closer look. On further inspection, now I am pretty much positive that they are fake.
I believe Momoka Nishina has a very high-quality version of the second type. Probably she had good-sized breasts to begin with, and put in some implants to make them a little bigger. But they are almost certainly not completely natural.
No disrespect to Momoka Nishina! I think she is a beautiful woman, there is nothing wrong with her for having them, and they look great on her. But I don't think there's any harm in making the truth known. If you're interested in knowing how to spot fake breasts in Japanese porn, this is what to look for. And don't just laugh at someone and dismiss them unless you really know what you're talking about.

Notice the way her breasts sort of seem like they're bulging out in a way that makes them press together, in the middle. This is a common effect of "behind the breast" implants. Note that this is very different from "in the breast" implants, which often create a weird flat space between the breasts.
Contrast it with the breasts of Julia, another porn star who is definitely all-natural:

They are separated from each other much more distinctly. Also, Julia's breasts have a much less round, more pendulous appearance to them. They're also pretty floppy, which is almost always the case when you have breasts that big.
Which is another thing--Momoka's breasts are a very round and perky for her size. There are some women with natural breasts that are pretty round and perky, but I can't think of any natural ones that are simultaneously as perky, round, and big as Momoka's.
Momoka's nipples are also quite small relative to the breasts. Breast implants usually increase breast size much more than the nipples. Of course some women do have naturally small nipples... but small nipples increases the likelihood that they are fake.
They are also very much off center. Having them point away to either side is quite common--Julia's breasts do too, although less than Momoka's I think. But the nipples angle slightly up from the center--notice that Julia's actually point down. Having nipples point upwards is almost unheard of in natural breasts unless they are fairly small. On the other hand, nipples that point upward are very common in fake breasts.
None of these things, by themselves, are positive proof that the breasts are fake. But you take them all together and it starts looking more certain.
And when you look at the breasts from another angle, it becomes even more undeniable:

"In the breast" implants become most obvious when the woman is lying on her back. "Behind the breast" implants become most obvious when the woman is bent over, breasts down. Notice how Momoka's breasts retain their round shape almost perfectly. The appearance of the first picture, in particular, is pretty much impossible with natural breasts. There is no way they could be that big and round normally. A huge contrast with Julia's breasts:

They look very much like they are hanging off her body, which of course they are. They change shape a lot based on which way gravity is pulling them, and which way her body is moving.
Most breast implants in Momoka's style also cause the natural part to hang down more, so you'll have the effect where you have a round breast but just the part near the nipple is hanging off more. So they'll look perfectly round except the area around the nipple which hangs down and is almost cone-shaped. It's very slight, but Momoka's breasts do have this effect (see the blue arrow in the second picture).
Also you will often have a little curved spot near the breast from the implant hanging down and pulling on the breast, kind of like the effect you see if you put a ball into a nylon stocking. Momoka's breasts also have this effect a little (see the red arrow in the second picture).
Also (and this is something you can only tell by watching it in video) when she is having sex from behind, Momoka's breasts have a look of sliding back and forth, as opposed to Julia's more natural breasts that swing like pendulums. Again, telltale sign of breast implants.
Now, these signs already pretty much proof that the breasts are fake. But just to rub your noses in it:

The "smoking gun," so to speak. Here we can see the scar from when she had the surgery. A google search showed that the scars from this type of surgery are usually about 2-3 inches. It looks about 2 inches to me--maybe smaller, but then Japanese plastic surgeons are generally very good and work hard to make the scars as difficult to detect as possible. It's a very clean, almost undetectable scar--and that's the kind of scar you would expect if it was done with high-quality laser surgery.
So there we have it. I look forward to being mocked again with a laughing panda.
And again, no disrespect to Momoka! This is something that many porn stars and gravure idols do. It's nothing to be ashamed of, or think less of a performer because she has them.
