I watched a video online of her because it wasn't really noticeable in the gif. To me, her boobs are fake. When she's on her back, they stay too well in the same position. They are still well done, it's a good example of a well done work.

Yes, that's what I thinking, doing surgery just for having success in JAV. A regular JAV newcomer would do her first movies and if the sales were good, might continue if she wants or stops and go back to the normal work world. If the sales weren't good, she would directly move out of the JAV industry. Thinking "okay, so if I do PS and look like another person, maybe people will buy my movies" is stupid. What if people still didn't care ? You ruined your body for nothing (For Eimi's case, she ruined herself for let's say 3-4 years of porn fame). It's not like there are no other regular jobs around.
It's as stupid as if I wanted to be a famous actor but nobody wants to hire me because I don't stand out among others. So, I go under surgery to look like a complete different person. There are other jobs if I want to earn money. And they would avoid me to ruin my look for the rest of my life just for potential fame. There would be something wrong with me mentally if I do that.

Porn is legal. And there was an old japanese porn actor in his 80s I think. Pro athletes have short careers, same for soldiers, and many fields. You can move to another field when your first job is over, a lot of people do that. Still, some current mature actresses started in early 2000s. They take care of themself without PS, good diet and sport, that's why some are looking way better than newcomers in their 20s.

Cosmetic surgery can be viewed like any other medical operations in this context. It benefits people who need to do cosmetic surgery because of real medical reasons.

Now I get why this is controversial since attractiveness is tied to mate selection and people certainly don't want to be fooled when choosing their future partner. You don't want to mate with a beautiful girl and later finding out that mommy is a "fake" since all of your kids are ugly looking. But in the case of porn, I'd be okay with it because it's just a form of entertainment, especially if the actresses/actors admitted that they had some enhancements done.

I completely forgot about it but indeed, you can also end up with a different look that you expected. Even with breast augmentation, there are many women ending up with problems not to mention ugly looking implants. Not every surgeon is good. And some women try to get it cheaper so they go to another country to do it and it leads to problems. And for boobs, you need to change the implants every 10 years I think.

I also don't like tattos, at least not anymore or for the vast majority. 90% of tattoos are ugly (quality, colors, ...), and the trend of "name tattoos" is so stupid. I just like good looking ones, like japanese tattoos or things like below :
