This is what makes me sceptical about "natural" breasts and makes me believe that nowadays a good implant is undetectable. I've selected some videos that were uploaded yesterday to 141jav. I'm not saying all these actresses have implants or even that a single one of them has them.
It's just that I find funny how the typical japanese young girl (and what you can see in any kind of japanese media) is really flat but when it comes to gravure and jav idols you have hundreds of girls with perfect tits. Small, mid, or big, but perfect.

No, a good implants isn't undetectable. The best fake ones yet in JAV in the recent years are Sumire Mizukawa's. Still, you can see they are fake. Check my comment.
And I think you are seeing japanese girls through the old stereotype or myth. If flat means not having a huge ass full of fat like western "influencers" or pornstars, yeah they are flat, and that's a good thing. Plus everyday girls aren't walking in the streets in bikini or lingerie like in JAV or gravure so how can you be sure about them being flat ? Last thing, JAV and gravure is about the girl image. You are building you argument in your own example, but yet you can't say why less obvious implants than Mizukawa's aren't fake.
Here's a page about breast augmentation in Japan. I suppose it's from some clinic. There are a lot of examples of ugly and saggy tiny tits that after the implants they become tiny/mid nice tits.

Same boat here. There are real boobs if you follow like the Oppai series where it's all about fat tits but in general yes. Everything have become too generic.
I dunno why but when she was active I didn't know about Mio Takahashi. Maybe I did come across her and didn't take notice. Anyway I discovered her old vids recently and man is she hot. She is definitely not the prettiest or has the fittest body. But she is tall for a Japanese woman and has good natural proportions to go with big natural jugs. Feels like some super hot woman you could run into in real life. She's more attractive to me than most of the cookie cutter looking fit actresses with the implants today. Like you said, generic.

Too round and they almost don't move. Compared her to girls with big and firm boobs like Muira Sakura, Yamate Ria or Yuki Rino, you'll see they don't move the same. Actually, Rima's implants are the reason I didn't bother checking her stuff. They aren't the worst, they are "okay" looking, but I prefer 100% natural girls (and there are already many in JAV so ...). The best ones currently are implants of Touka Rinne and Yamamoto Shuri. Rima's are exactly like Nikaidou Yume's.
Yeah.... see I often disagree with @darksider59 on real/fake breasts. But this case is super obvious indisputable. It's not just fake, it's classic American fake, (instead of Japanese fake). The size is huge, the shapes are funny, and there is zero bounce and zero sag. And there's super minimal fat on her torso and arms. Not even a little bit questionable.

Hanna Hemisaki. Real or fake? I've seen about 2 dozen of her scenes and so far I see no telltales.
@darksider59 and I have a very long running agree-to-disagreement. He believes he can reliably distinguish real from fake, I disagree. He thinks many JAV idols are all-natural, but I think a vast majority of JAV idols have at least some minor procedures done, even regularly (at least once a year).
My own personal viewpoint is: by default assume an idol has done at least some minor procedure, if not for her breasts at least for face or other parts of her body. My categorization of breasts is this: (1) super-fake: absolutely no doubt even without before-after comparison; very obvious deformed shape and/or super-rigid texture; (2) known-fake: by appearance alone may not be definitive, but we know they are fake due to before-after comparison and/or open admission; (3) highly suspicious: no definitive evidence of any kind, but just too good to be true; (4) baseline suspicious: no evidence or reason to doubt they are natural, but based on industry standard, I just cast doubt on everyone.
Of course I am not ruling out some percentage of JAV idols have all-natural breasts but for any (emphasis ANY) named idol, without having a chance to squeeze and feel her tits with my own fingers, for any named idol, I can't have absolute confident she is all natural tits.

(one piece of evidence that support her tits being real is that they are asymmetric, leftie is quite bigger and droopy compared to rightie, if they were artificial, would they be more symmetric and perfect?

You mean, just generically suspicious because she has breasts that large on healthy sized frame? You might be right. But I will say that I can't tell in her case.
And I'm pretty good at identifying tougher cases. For example, I notice Anri Okita was discussed up thread. She has augments. You cannot tell when looking at them from the front or top, but when you see the undersides, it's obvious enough.
