1. I think first, you would need to know some Japanese.

2. Then find out what steps there are to work in Japan.

Is it doable since living in Japan is expensive. Most likely you will need a another job.
I doubt being a camera man pays well.

3. After that you might want to look at ads that could be hiring, specifically to the studios.

4. You might do better working around SE Asia doing small camera work and grow a
reputation and where it's English friendly. Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.

Don't think it will give you any opportunity to date actresses. They don't go out with any man from the industry.

Also, in their staff, they only have japanese people. Why would they hire a foreigner ?

You see black actors in JAV, right? And it's a start to get into the industry. Not as an actor but a crew and hopefully be a director. I did some editing projects and study filming.

But those guys live in Japan and have a daily job (it's not porn that delivered them a visa lol). And there is a small demand for black men in JAV. That's why they are hired.

Get to Japan and visit every studio you can find and ask for any position they'll hire you for. Work your way up to cameraman.

I think @darksider59 is saying it's mostly Japanese staff and they are less likely to hire
foreigners which is most likely true:(

Which is why, you have to build your Japanese language and perhaps developed a
reputation before even applying.

Your skills would be better appreciative in Singapore, Hong Kong or Vietnam imo.

Anybody can tell me how to become a JAV cameraman.
Sorry ask that question, but you are Japanese ?
If you are not Japanese : why try learn be cameraman for jav here when you can learn do the same thing in your country ?

Sometimes here we say that foreigners who come to Japan because they want want to learn something that is not 100% Japanese are those who were not able to learn that in their country at first. And this is not seen as positive.
I mean, if you ask learn do sushi or calligraphy we understand and there is permit for that. But cameraman... ?

And here there is no demand for foreign beginner cameraman you know...
