I'm in the Abema TV broadcast and there's commentary in Chinese, is it normal?

EDIT: I read the other thread. BTW, I've been using the VPN in this page: https://www.vpngate.net/ the SoftEther VPN method, there are some VPNs that don't work, and some others that do

Sola Aoi is popular in China, so there is a broadcast of simultaneous Chinese translation available.
There is no simultaneous interpretation in other programs.
AbemaTV has recently come to be able to watch from overseas as well for some programs.
