In short, there's ordinary housewife that having an affair with someone. a director from SOD, who is someone her husband know, took the wife's recording and showed to her husband. The husband made a request to the director, and one of the SOD actor then manipulated the cheater's wife to the bed, creampie with several men, and she's getting pregnant at the end.  

The act is pretty good (except for the actress), and the scenario seems plausible. They also put hidden cameras to record it or how they manipulated her to get contract form signed, giving authentic feel. You may be disappointed with the subtitle hunt, not many of them around. The above list is really good and I never realised just how many of these titles I have!
