How would we know? We don't get to see the sex life of the actresses outside the movies, so even if one is pregnant after doing nakadashi, you still can't b sure that scene was the actual insemination. That's not exactly right... like most 1st world countries, Japan has lots of laws regarding this subject matter. Japan just has LOOSE pornography and prostitution laws, with most films operating in an ambiguous grey area, but it doesn't go as far as legalizing real forced impregnation, birthing shows, real r*** and drugging. Those films are grossly illegal and you'll have a hell of a time obtaining such material. That stuff isn't as widely distributed as the normal JAV stuff due to the fact that it really can't be sold by any stores and would have to be obtained through shady networks. Also, those handy lettered and numbered titles like NITR-060 wouldn't exist for this type of material.
If you live in a 1st world country like America, Europe, etc being caught with REAL r*** videos on the computer is an offence.

There is one I found recently which I think have not been mention here before is BWSD-10
