I am not really sure this is supposed to be pregnancy... it almost looks like Cumflation (like in some of the tentacle super heroine movies) or like in DSVR-516 and DSVR-538.
They are fucking for quite some time and the guy is cumming and she says "Again" and "again" - then there is a title card all of a sudden "a few hours later" and she has got this fake belly all of a sudden.
But then again a moment later the guy claims, the girl is already lactating.... this is so bizarre...
In general, when trying to translate this - the whole story is connected to a Hentai which has got cumflation impregnation.
These 2 are former classmates and actually wanted to move away in a location far away so they get some distance.
In fact they both end up in the same school again, because they both had the same idea and moved into the same location - and then the plot is like: they both can not get away from each other and "then it happened" and they are lying on the school floor fucking and the girl get's "stuck" on his dick. They visit a doctor who diagnoses that the sperm the guy injects in her does not leave her womb anymore and she's "sucking it in"
This basically leads to them being a whole school year attached to each other and the guy says "Sorry you've become my sperm condom".
