That thread discusses who might move from junior idol to do hardcore, but let's actually make a list of actresses who have definitely moved from Junior Idol to JAV. Maybe we can get some movie codes together too.

I don't think Karen Uehara was really a JUNIOR idol , U18 at best

She was, it was even announced before she turned 18 that she was going to do AV , her first video was STAR-178 with her at 18 and 2 months in 2010 on her firsrt run as JAV here's an IV of hers from back in 2008

Are there any that did massive bukkake?

Kaho Shibuya, whose published dob is 1991, made IV's as Yuna Kawase at least as early as 2006, which, if it's accurate, would make her 15 when she started. But (1) Kaho's dob is suspect because (2) Yuna sure didn't look like a JI. On the other hand, Kaho definitely did massive bukkake (IPZ-712) as well as just about every other sub-genre you can name.
