Just a question: Do AV actresses pay taxes?

Something just came to my mind: I was wondering if AV actresses and actors have to pay taxes?I'm not sure if working in porn industry should be considered a real job, or just a part-time job, and how about taxes? It's not something important actually, but as I'm trying to know more about AV industry, I would be greatly appreciate if someone could help me answering this, thanks

Yes, they pay taxes...or legally should be. Most likely the agency each actress belongs to takes care of it just like they do for all their other needs.

if they working as legal pro in legal industry, ofcourse they pay taxes, AV companies pay taxes too

and AV performers is real job in japan, they have big and legal commercial industry

So that means even amateur actressess who appeared in only one or a few movie have to pay taxes too? I dont know if their limited works in AV industry could be counted as a job or not?

some peoples think AV are underground bussiness run by yakuza, so they don't pay tax, but actually its a legal bussines, like I posted before AV is legal bussiness in japan, they are registered, so they can't hide from taxes.

maybe some unknown crew & performers who get small payment don't pay tax, but we should know about japanese government regulation about tax, if they don't put minimum limit I think they all pay taxes

I don't mean its you, but I've read from various forums that some people think like that, and they believe those actress fucked real amateurs random guys and real homeless, so I think they should know its just acting for entertainment purpose, those r*** and molestation in bus / train are not daily reality in japan

if you've some more questions just ask it, I think the purpose of this forum are for sharing infos and knowledges
