Steps...

1. Download east asian language
2. Set your regional and language to Chinese (Hongkong S.A.R.S) because there are chinese characters within the password provided by the uploader
3. Copy the pass into a textbox or word document and get rid of any spacing as I can see many after the forward slash ("/")
4. copy the pass after all spacing between texts have been removed and extract the file.

Thank you for the great uploads but I also cannot open the files with the password.

I have the East Asian language installed and still have no luck, no spaces either inbetween. If someone has successfully done it please advise.

It would help greatly if the password characters used were universal.
