Ok, I'm trying to wrap my head around this after reading the comments here.
1. With K2S service not allowing "extreme" content does that mean that you simply can't post the k2s version links or that it's off the servers completely?
2. The rule requiring K2S links be met by having fileboom.me links or does it have to have K2S period (This doesn't make sense for this site due to the above).
3. Is the logical thing then is to get a fileboom premium and just switch all k2s links to fileboom? As of now I can change out the site name with fileboom and the files are still there, or does the server know that you don't have a k2s premium and stops you from downloading the fileboom version as well? This part bugs me because people are saying you need two premium accounts but if you can just switch the site url out then it's not necessary? (Though it will be an incredible hassle).
I'd like to purchase a premium account but this is getting a little crazy.
As far as I understand it:
1. You can't post them, but they still show up in your account since both k2s and fboom seem to share the servers.
2. For extreme content, you should only post the fboom links, for other content, I'm not exactly sure, I was planning on asking a mod when I get the chance.
3. I'd wait a bit if I were you, just to see how things go.
There's 2 way to configure the files as an uploader:
a) Everything in the root folder can be accessed from both accounts simply by changing the site name.
b) You can move the files to a folder of your choice with the domain set as either k2s or fboom. In that case, if you change the site name to the one that's not set for the folder, you'll get a 404(file not found) error when trying to download.
Personally, I'm leaving everything that's k2s in the root and put the extreme content in different categorized folders so someone with a fboom premium should be able to access all my files(but he'd need to change the site name in the url for the k2s links).
But that's only what I'm doing, there's no guarantee everyone will do the same or that the admin will leave the permissions open for both host in the root folder forever.
