It's a Rena Aoi clip, and yeah, it's been out previously (as an .mts file, rather than mp4, but similar resolution/bitrate.)

There were a few more genuine ones that I hadn't seen before, but I deleted them because I didn't know the actresses and they were boring (to me). I will try to note them down next time.

There was one where they did nakadashi with a fake penis. The most crazy part is that the fake penis is white and really stands out, even with the mosaic. Apparently you can't buy darker skinned fake penises.

Lol. I noticed this light colored fake penis in one particular scene (it's in the middle of the movie) in STARS-086. Besides that one occasion, the other creampies seem real.
 
While some javplayer movies are properly listed (either as javplayer, or something like mosaic destruction) there are also a bunch that don't mention it at all and you only find out after downloading them. So annoying.
 
Indeed. I try to spot them from the screenshots but it's not always obvious.
 
jplay is really different from uncensors. but its annoy people is ...when they try to check screenshot ,,,too much of the click there. its really too much 5-10 sometimes
 
One thing to look out for is "モザイク破壊版" which is Japanese for mosaic removal.

The version I have is 1GB, 32:04 runtime, with huge white watermark. Has the same material been leaked with no or less watermark and/or full length?

Also, is the source video STAR-853? It's claimed to be leaked, but I haven't looked for that leak and can't confirm if 1646458 is STAR-853. From the frames of STAR-853 actually it doesn't look a perfect match.
