I don't have a Twitter account. It appears as though I need to have one to access that content. Can anyone confirm that?

Thanks!

I don't know if there's a place to ask codes
There is. There's a couple sections that have "identification" in the name which is the place to ask those kind of things.
Somehow most people seem to not see it.

I figured this would be a good thread for my questions. Sorry if these have been asked here before.

First, is it possible Japanese mosaic laws will get overturned someday? Has there been any movement on the legislation front in recent news?

Also, do studios generally keep the original, uncensored cut of their films? Would that even be legal? I presume the answer is yes, considering there are leaks posted here. I’m just wondering if the laws do get overturned, could the studios then release their back-log of uncensored movies?

First: unlikely. They moved more in the opposite direction, the mosaics tend toi be heavier than a few years ago when they hardly hid anything. I don't think anybody is really pushing for it either. The mosaic helps the studios hide the use of condoms and fake creampies and the audience is so used to them they probably don't mind. (At least not the Japanese ones, and that's the only audience the studios are interested in).

Second: I don't know whether they keep te master tapes but if they do, I doubt they can just release the uncensored version if the law changes. It's not what the actors and actresses signed up for. I think a lot of them would demand the movies to be pulled from circulation entirely, if they tried that, and with the current laws protecting the actresses they would have the right to do so.

Yes, check out Naked Director on netflix.

You'd think so, but it depends on the amount of crazy in the banana republic's laws at the time. Like right now supposedly there are laws that allow a chick to have her videos removed from market if she has regrets about doing porn.

It's not what the actors and actresses signed up for.
They signed up for hardcore porn. What many of them care about in regards to censored/uncensored is not being perceived as shooting something that is illegal given the harsher local views on anything associated with crime/criminals.

If uncensored becomes legal then that aspect should no longer matter to them, except perhaps for not being able to monetize or charge extra for their own new "first uncensored scene".

The mosaic just allows them to do that. If tomorrow uncensored were allowed they way they do porn would drastically change.

This kind of laws will practically stay forever.

Overtuning won't happen since no one/party will push for it. The only way it can be abolished is if it creates some problems in the future or if the society has changed so much that it's no longer relevant and thus the law is no longer enforced.

Not sure how relevant it is anyway these days. Japan has the internet too, so they already have access to the uncensored porn from the rest of the world.

But can someone in japan with a japanese credit card legally subscribe to/pay for a foreign uncensored porn site with no fear of legal repercussion?
