If you translate ANND-117 with google it gives: Tall legs lesbians
and the cover has the following english for it: High height beautiful legs lesbians
For ANND-118, google says: Busty lesbian fuck Uruwashiki
and babelfish says: Beautiful busty lesbian sex
I don't have the japanese title for SBNR-061 in hands, but you get the idea of how to get the english title.
The ones you get from the posters around here are often pretty inaccurate since most don't speak japanese so translating them yourself almost always give as good a result.
Just use a bit of logic to form a legible title and it will be good enough unless you find someone around here who's good with both japanese and english.
