The film is a Sadistic Village production, the code is svdvd-240.

In the cover she is credited as "Sergeant Lindy Briant Murai" just as part of the film-storyline... obviously she is not a real sergeant, but I was not able to fild anything else with her, nor her Japanese stage name. Anyone knows...?
