What's pointless about having lots of them in one place? It's useful. Some girls aren't on social media. So I don't want to keep googling girls only to find there's nothing there. This will save time.
I find most active talent's official social media to be quite sterile. All they talk about are mostly about work related, what photo they post are glamour shot in the interest of self promo. Those top talents don't even reply to fans' comment most of time.
But everything is understandable since official accounts are business related and in the line of trade, the persona image is paramount. That is why if you want to see what the girls are really like, go for those retired ones like Kohaku Uta :-
