The closest thing I have in mind is Lady Panther 8. I totally love this vid. Not only one of my favourite performances from Asami Ogawa but features a formidable supporting actress in Ryo Takamiya.
So the two of them are partners in crime. Something goes wrong in a heist and Asami is forced to leave Ryo behind. In the clutches of the bad guys, she manages to strike a deal with them and set a trap for Asami. Said trap works like a charm (obviously) and Asami is r***ing and toyed with in multiple ways while her former bff watches, mocks, cuddles her like an injured kitten and r***s her with a strap-on. The second half starts with the two starlets engaged in a duel. Asami, already somewhat seasoned as a sex slave, is clad only in a G string, while Ryo is fully clothed. Not for long as Asami strips her down to her undies in the scuffle. She still loses the duel and Ryo has her way with her by the use of a pink dildo. In the midst of the "torture" however, seeing a scantily clad Ryo seems to have enticed the main baddie, and he decides to dish out some punishment on her as well. Her reaction to the r*** however is generic JAV moaning and you can't detect much villainy in her any more, but the build up made it quite satisfying.

Quite true about Asagi. It's actually very clever, in that it uses lots of techniques that help speed up the production rate by essentially keeping it cheap, but also maintain the necessary level of emotion to properly stimulate people.

Ya i too am looking for movies with such a theme, I enjoy the attackers series but kinda feel bad for the character. Usually the female in these movies is a loving wife and seems like a nice person and suddenly her life has been destroyed for no sin of her's. The concept should be like a scheming evil woman who has wrecked people's lives in the past is now happily married and reaping the fruits of success and suddenly karma decides to give her a taste of her own medicine. Now enter an acquantince(best friend, brother, husband, father, student etc) of evil woman's past victim who thoroughly violates evil woman and now the evil woman is at the mercy of a vengeful rapecidal maniac.

From the sound of that Asian Screens title, it sounds like she is a meanie, but I'm not getting that impression from the screen shots...

I was checking out Lady Panther 8 that Zen10101 did such a fine job of outlining a few posts above. I know Zen is taken by this title, because he had raved about it years ago. His description whetted my appetite (I especially liked the part about the tormented victim's former lady partner making life more miserable for her), so I wondered if I had the good fortune of having once downloaded this 2009 movie... but because I was too lazy to squint to grab the DVD code from the provided cover, I lazily searched in my notes with the name of one of the actresses, Ryo Takamiya, and I discovered a few things.
For one, I didn't own the movie. (DAMN it!) The sparse possibilities available now may be too rich for my blood, at over two gigs and with crappy filehosters. (If interested, one from the archives, and another from JavLibrary. Nice screen shots.) Secondly, I was reminded that Ryo Takamiya appeared in one of my very favorite JAVs, playing a similar role, tormenting another woman. And lastly...
... I ran into another "bad boss" movie that fits in with the theme of this thread:
Humiliation of the Sadistic Female Boss [VEMA-023], with Ryo Takamiya

Wow jug I was wondering what happened to that thread. Was hoping to see it prosper but could never locate it. I'm also amused that I used "(obviously)" just as I did back then lol...I haven't changed much!
To me Ryo always looks like she's deserving of some punishment. I think it's the pronounced cheekbones and sharp chin.
My problem with the bad boss titles is that they usually don't stay bad long enough. I enjoyed DVAJ-026 Unfair Vengeance r***, my first encounter with the adorable Nanami Kawakami. She also has the acting chops to back those looks.
The first few minutes are spent establishing her as the scornful and overbearing superior, berating one subordinate in particular who looks brilliantly out of place in an office setting. Even with the narration she sounds hateful and irate. She's not all bad though; when our hero offers her our favorite concoction (spiked coffee), she becomes very affable, responding with warmth, appreciation, and a bright smile. I guess that explains the word Unfair in the title, she only wants to bring the best out of them, so you might end up feeling sorry for her after all. Especially since the drug's effect take hold of her while she's in the middle of an apology for her earlier outburst in a tone so soft and caring, that even a spawn of Satan like myself felt that he should take it easy on her. But it was still satisfying seeing the "vengeance" take place, it was like against an authoritative teacher/coach who thinks she knows whats best for you better than yourself.
The second chapter sees another employee carrying a torch for her. She receives what I infer to be a letter of confession, calls him in and flat out screams at him, mocking his unfruitful attempt at love. Now she's really asking for it. He stalks her, "breaks" into her house, ties her up and bangs her six ways from Sunday. I can't exactly make out what the third chapter is about, I'm guessing the 3 employees overhears plans of a layoff or something and take their anger out on Nanami in front of her dad who's the head of the company. It wraps up with a very clever ending.
What I don't like is that, as it is with so many titles of such a theme, once the sex/r*** begins, there is really nothing worth discerning to distinguish it from your typical r*** title. Even with a fantastic actress like Nanami, the director didn't see the need or have the good sense to involve a wider range of expressions in the assault. It would be nice to see her make a last ditched effort to salvage her pride and retain some of her bossy persona (plus make a great addition to the "desperately act tough" thread), only to see her shield of arrogance gradually broken with every thrust and moan.

Great post by Zen10101; I totally agree with the beginning point, regarding the bosses in the "bad boss" movies being bad in name only. In fact, that was my implied peeve with the Hitomi movie (MDYD-940) from my prior post. Just because the title says the boss is bad, or just because we have a little indication here and there of behavior that isn't very nice does not mean she deserves what's in store for her. (Hmmm... now how do I explain those JAVs where perfect angels get so mistreated?)
Another fine point was the ending one, griping about the lack of nuances that would make the viewing experience a lot more thrilling. More intelligence and sensitivity invested in the goings-on, as well as staying in character, allows for richer dives into the pools of prurience. Well, we should be thankful JAV is usually smarter than stupid American porn, and it may not be realistic to expect perfection.
I'm going to keep an eye out for this Nanami Kawakami lady, an actress I've never encountered. We are getting valuable word-of-mouth there, testifying that she is a better-than-average performer.

Kaho's climbed the corporate ladder purely as a result of her own formidable business skills. Her husband holds a managerial position at the same company, and the two treat their subordinates in the same detached manner, resulting in their employees referring to them as "Mr. & Mrs. Ogre" behind their backs. One day, an employee in their sales division who really has it in for the both of them, Kozuka, captures Kaho's husband committing fraud on camera, and puts the video on a USB stick. With that in hand, he forces Kaho to comply with his wicked, humiliating whims, until her pride is in tatters. He shows his scorn for her, degrading her like the lowly bitch she is...
Well, one thing going for the flick is that the actress has a lot of lines in the right places... and I'm not referring to how well she delivers the lines in the script.
What may work against Kaho Kasumi is that she has a sad look, a characteristic that helps her deliver the K.hO. punch in many movies she has appeared in. Already I'm apprehensive about buying her as the "domineering" type, and screen shots don't offer much promise. (One, and two.)

i have seen MDYD940 and from what i could make out, apparently Hitomi is a mean boss who constantly makes her employees work over time without pay ruining their personal and family time and berates them for every small mistake, during one such overtime routines an employee gets hold of Some data with details of hitomi's misdealings and they all blackmail and revenge fuck her for the entire duration of their overtime..
Owowowow! Looking at the cover Carnal.maniac kindly presented for us above, I don't know if our heroine is a sight for sore eyes, or a sight to make our eyes sorer!

From the sound of that Asian Screens title, it sounds like she is a meanie, but I'm not getting that impression from the screen shots...

I was checking out Lady Panther 8 that Zen10101 did such a fine job of outlining a few posts above. I know Zen is taken by this title, because he had raved about it years ago. His description whetted my appetite (I especially liked the part about the tormented victim's former lady partner making life more miserable for her), so I wondered if I had the good fortune of having once downloaded this 2009 movie... but because I was too lazy to squint to grab the DVD code from the provided cover, I lazily searched in my notes with the name of one of the actresses, Ryo Takamiya, and I discovered a few things.
For one, I didn't own the movie. (DAMN it!) The sparse possibilities available now may be too rich for my blood, at over two gigs and with crappy filehosters. (If interested, one from the archives, and another from JavLibrary. Nice screen shots.) Secondly, I was reminded that Ryo Takamiya appeared in one of my very favorite JAVs, playing a similar role, tormenting another woman. And lastly...

I remeber coming across some female yakuza boss movies where the female boss gets banged by the rival gang or forced by members of her own gang who are not happy with how she treats them

That was a great lead by Carnal.Maniac, and as soon as I read it, some alarm bells went off. Too bad I was reading on my tablet, and wasn't paying attention to my breaking and entering, but I escaped before the cops showed up.
So I took a quick look... and I don't think I found the one I thought I was thinking of.
Now this one doesn't quite make the grade. It's called Gangster's Wife [SOE-952], starring Akiho Yoshizawa:
A.K.A. Wicked Wife, per R18:
The guy she fell for happened to be a mob boss... A woman's life takes a sad turn. Akiho is the wife of the boss of the 6th generation of the Yoshizawa clan. The men aim for her destruction while the boss is away. While assaulted, r***ing and humiliated, she still stands firm!
I happened to have the film, and dug it up. She is only "wicked" by association, it seems to me. That is, she's married to the mob boss, played by Rugged Man. In addition, whenever a JAV maker wants to give the idea that a woman is mob related, they paint a big tattoo on her back. So that's one way for us to get the idea that she's a bad girl. (Good! That used to be the case in the old days, when a tattoo meant you were a deviant. Ordinary people started to get tattoos in the hope of also looking "rebellious" or "cool," not realizing the tattoos made them look "stupid.")
I still wanted to mention this one, though, because the male cast is great. Besides the charismatic Rugged Man, the irresistible Bald Thug plays one of the thugs, popping his eyes open at opportune moments to look dangerous (without realizing he doesn't need to do anything extra, to look dangerous). But the coup de grace is the wonderful Tenant, whom I guess plays second-in-command while the capo di tutti capi is away. At around 1:14, he throws his head back and loses himself in an evil laugh, like a Batman villain.
Next one:
Three Beautiful Sisters - The Torture & r*** Of Female Yakuza Bosses - Wicked Women [SSPD-051], starring Reika, Maki Tomoda and Ami Yamazaki
At least we've got the requisite tattoo-on-the-back, but I don't know how they are shown to be exactly evil. (Well, they not only belong to the Yakuza, but they are "bosses"... so they must not be very nice. Even though I don't think the movie shows their un-niceness.)
A 560 MB painless download that is, amazingly, still operational (Good old Userporn)
Now I'm just going to throw this other one in, even though it may not apply to the theme. Remember the "Lady Panther" movie Zen10101 mentioned above? By coincidence I ran into this other one, while doing the "Yakuza" research for this post, and it happened to be another in the series:
Lady Panther 6 [SSPD-047], A.K.A. Mysterious Woman - Leopardesses 6 - Sleeping Embracing a Bomb
The movie stars Maria Ozawa, Hikari Hino and Moe Aizawa. The reason why I felt like mentioning it is that it seems to be a rare "movie" movie that Maria Oh-so-wow has appeared in. Maria usually takes a beating on Akiba-Online's threads, but I like her. At least I like her in principle, now that she has despoiled her body with those rotten tattoos.
Writing this post jarred my memory about another contender for this thread.
Hypnotize Trendy Gals Who Bully and Made Them Behave Like Babies [GAR-311], with (the wonderful) Azumi Mizushima, as well as Sumire and Hinano
Yep, we definitely get the idea at the beginning that these gals are not very kind.
I recall one or two other revenge videos where girls at school act as meanies, only to get their comeuppance.
