If my using Chinese characterization is correct (in which Japanese characters are based on), the first picture the password should be as it says "417aAUe7". The Japanese characters only warns you of case sensitivities.

The second picture is slightly different. It could suggests you to type in these words "三人無筆" using the Shift JIS (SJIS) character encoding method. Try copy and pasting the 4 Chinese characters I just given and try it. If not, you will need to get someone to type in the 4 characters using a SJIS keyboard...or if you are desperate, change Windows input language to SJIS and try it yourself.

Don't you just hate those cryptic passwords, huh? :exhausted:

I found this clip on a japanese site, I think its from one of jade's companys but I am not certain.
