Its not compressed. You just have to join the pieces together, in number order.

you must change original .000-.009 to .001-0.10 and extract with 7zip :XD:

There aren't really any 'seasons'. There are just numbered series that have a collection of (sometimes very loosely) related material. They use to be distributed by Jade, but they were recently acquired by Slum. Here's the website that I use to figure out what is what (via Google Translate since I don't read Japanese):
