Alright so I've been searching for the name of this girl every since I saw her in nps-118 gachinanpa. Shes on the cover of it and, I actually found another movie with her in it as well. I tried zooming in on the box because it definitely says her name but I can't read the kanji as it becomes all distorted when I try zooming in. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Sougouwiki lists Kiyowa Himekawa (姫川きよは) as being in both nps-118 and ugug-056.

I didn't check out the physical features of the lady to make comparisons, but if Electromog found the same name in both titles mentioned, I'd say the chances are excellent that he has her pegged.
By the way, in the screen shots pointed to for UGUG-056... here, let me reproduce them below:
