Making uncensored porn legal in Japan

Candidates for upcoming election in Japan want to legalize uncensored porn, campaign for sex worker rights – Tokyo Kinky Sex, Erotic and Adult Japan

So there’s this article….

Now it says candidates, but it only really mentions the one guy pushing for it. But I guess his whole party supports it too.

If I could vote in Japan, I would vote for his party. The 2 things I hate in japan are NHK fees/collectors and censored porn.

Even if it’s a long shot I hope this will get things rolling , spark a discussion, get people to see how backwards censored porn is, and maybe before I die, uncensored porn will be legal in Japan.

Economically, porn biz is big in Japan. If all porn was uncensored, Japan’s GDP could go up!

Secondly maybe uncensored porn will boost flagging birthrates, you know getting men interested in girls and sex

Maybe it’ll turn this around….

I doubt that will happen soon. If anything, rules have gotten more strict in recent years. I don't think the industry wants it, because the mosaics make it easier to fake things and it probably makes it easier to find new girls too, since they're not showing the world the details.

I don't even know what Japanese viewers think about it, are they actually waiting for this? What the rest of the world thinks doesn't matter, most studios only care about the Japanese market.

Yes I know changes come extremely slow here in Japan

But hopefully it’ll start discussions in society….

At least attitudes towards tattoos, same-sex marriages, different surnames when getting married, marijuana legalization are being talked about, debated and what not and that has brought more attention to these issues.

Doesn't the new law make it seem like the big studios don't have any pull on the direction of legislation anymore?
They got seriously shafted while fc2 got away scot free...

police do make a few busts here and there on FC2 uploaders/makers....but it ain't stopping FC2.

but yea big studios are getting screwed....

another thing too which has been ongoing...there wasn't or isn't a shortage of female stars....but there's an acute lack of talented, big dick male actors in censored vids. However if you look at all the uncensored sites and FC2 vids, there's no shortage of well-hung, big cum spewing male actors. IT's well known that male actors don't get paid a lot, unless A-ranked male stud, but they can upload their own FC2 vids and collect money directly. I don't know how much the uncensored studios pay...but it's got to be more since you see so many studs in uncensored porn
