Massage Question

Always wondered when watching one of the many massage movies- are these women going into this knowing this involves sex at some point, or are they unaware but eventually delighted to be taken care of? In other words, is this a traditional part of massage for women in Japan, or are film-makers again just pandering once again to male fantasies? Any ideas appreciated, and thanks in advance.

I know, Japan is a foreign and far-away country for many of us, but that doesn't mean you'd get away with doing stuff like that for real without getting sued to hell, or that japanese woman enjoy being groped in the first place. Of course it's staged.

Thanks for the replies.. I never imagined they were real situations, but whether the directors of these films wanted the viewer to believe these ladies were anticipating sex before they entered or were surprised by the eroticism.
