I get that sometime. Add the links 1 by one by highlighting them and selecting COPY URL (Or Copy Link Address in Google Chrome) by right clicking the Highlighted URL.

Works a treat. If its a link you can just right click and copy URL until Jdownload pops up, And yes it does group then if you have folder creation enabled in Jdownload.
