Mei Kobayashi is now Mio Sakuragi?

Its seems that Mei Kobayashi (or her twin sister?), has changed her name for some recent vids to Mio Sakuragi, and is lactating. e.g. OKSN-131 and KOK-008.

She has slimmed down and her boobs look bigger, and she is much hotter in these 2 vids. It is definately her, but I cannot find any mention of this on the web, howeveruzzled:

This is clearly Mei Kobayashi as she has a very clear, ugly and distinctive cesarean scar.

Absolutely no idea why she changed her stage name but I am glad she FINALLY lost some of that weight. I really dislike seeing her scar but there is nothing that can be done about that.

I am also not sure why no one else is talking about this.. very strange.
