There is some mistaken information here. The release date and cast name shown are for a different MGEN-001 than the MGEN-001 referenced in the images and linked to download file. Apparently, according to JavLibrary, MUGEN released two different dvds that both used the code/ID MGEN-001. I would be curious to know if someone can explain why the producer would use the same code for different products.

Here is the correct information for the DVD pictured which does correspond to the video linked for download:

MGEN-001 - Kamihata Ichika
Release Date: 2014-01-20
Cast: Kamihata Ichika

Here is information for the other MGEN-001 which was released four and 1/2 years earlier:
MGEN-001 - Minako Asana
Release Date: 2009-08-22
Cast: Minako Asano
