I recently noticed that a few of the gokkun scenes on urabukkake were filmed at the same backyard location as the outdoor gokkun scene from dmc 27.I was curious if anybody knew the link between the two company's?Maybe its just a freelance director using the same location or something.

Sets are shared by many studios.
It's pretty rare for a single company to also own the place they shoot at (unless it's a really small studio or a big company).
I'm sure you may be familiar with the Hanazono Room and it's pool. There's also the school set, the field set, the village set, etc.

Interesting. We all know of that infamous pool, but I didn't know about the other sets. I'd hate to be the janitor there haha.

So what about those bus and train r*** scenes? I must say some are pretty convincing. Like you can actually see the city in the background. Do they rent out an entire bus or train car? I can't imagine that being the case given Japan's impeccable public transport. Must just be a really good camera trick, or Japanese citizens are really that oblivious haha.

Real trains sometimes are used (not as much recently) but it takes a lot of planning and money.

So like in this scene from NHDT-007 released back in 2003. The girl has sex with a dude on a moving train and when the scene ends and the trains stops the cameraman ditches her in train and runs away.
I mean, like that is a real, full-blown train on an actual railway cruising through Japan and stopping at an actual train station. How do you even pull that off?! It's not like you can go to the authorities and ask them to film a porno on public transit. I'm sure everyone on the train is in on it but still you gotta give them credit, its about as authentic as it gets.

Logistics, pre-planning, and filmed when cameras on phones were still a new thing. You can't pull this off now that easily. Also the companies that screen movies for mosaic and content are stricter now when it comes to public nudity in identifiable places.
