I use to really like the PMP, PMS, PCM
Series of videos.. No releases for so long.

Any ideas what happen to the studio?

I believe the studio was Milky princess.
Milky.tv website just asks for creds...

Seriously, I have no idea. It looks like their last film was released in 2015 January, so I think it's safe to say that they went out of business, but I don't know why.

same like Kharo88, I think they went out of business but I don't know why

my guess is their income not enough to cover all the costs, you know recent global economy crisis made big hit to a lot of bussineses, including AV too
