I think on Utanane you cannot connect to many users being on the same server.You get blocked at some point. By connection I mean "file request".

In the FAQ it was even said "not more than ONE connection per user and per server", but some servers like Zerosen seem to accept quite a lot of simultaneous connections.

I always request one file/user if the user use the same nick on all server no problem...and if i request more files from the same user,the files in local not in the que.Maybe now again boring days and nothing coming....

Still I know there are 3 OVAs, made in 1990-1991, VHS & LD releases exist (Columbia Video).
A bunch of live action exists too. This seems to be a Yakuza-type story.

Just because it's not in ANN, doesn't mean there is no info in English about an anime. I am not a big fan of ANN for this, as it normally is misleading. Other DB normally have a more broader range of anime and more correct information than ANN. But in this case, even allcinema and AnimeNFO are wrong with the info about Shin Otokogi. Just check Studio Pierrot web page to find the correct information.
