Well, here is the thing. Even fans in Japan are having trouble finding it. Most think that it is a "look-a-like" and not the actual model. The most common word I see in the forums/sites talking about this video is, "fake".
If it is real, someone would have already posted it on toukoucity. I pretty much check that site daily and have yet to come across it.

It appears that she is retiring, at least from the gravure idol scene. In her blog post that is linked in the twitter post she seemed pretty sad.
Now she is free to join the AV scene, although I highly doubt that will ever happen after reading her blog post.

Ok I stumbled upon this preview clip that the screens were taken from, not a complete video but better than nothing. It seems like she went by the name 染谷愛紀 previously and google searching that name leads to youiv.com links of her stuff that i've never seen posted before.

It wasn't a big release, at least, not from what I know. You can buy it. Usually, videos are on the net within a week or two of release, if people know about them. I check quite a few japanese porn sites, daily, and have yet to come across it. To be honest, I'm surprised I haven't seen it on toukoucity. The only thing I have yet to come across, is a small trailer.

Every time that I went to look more into it, it would always lead me back to this moe777 place. When you click on one of the disc links, it asks to use vlc player to play the videos. This is a very odd way to promote a video, which means this was probably a very low budget film, produced by a nobody.
